The registry
Share your case.
The registry is a public, anonymized collection of real cervical arterial dissection cases from grappling. It exists so the next injured grappler — and their coach, and their doctor — can see patterns instead of guessing.

How your privacy is protected
- The form cannot collect identifying details. There are no fields for names, birth dates, exact injury dates, gym names, or locations. Ages are ranges, dates are month-and-year only.
- Every report is human-moderated before publication. If your story mentions a name, a gym, or a city, we remove it before anything goes public.
- Your email, if you leave one, is for verification only. It is never displayed, never included in exports of case data, and deleted on request.
- Nothing publishes automatically. Submissions land in a moderation queue and are reviewed by the site owner — a fellow survivor — before they appear.
Your report
Every question except consent is optional. A partial report still helps. If you’re not sure about a medical detail, skip it or describe it in your own words — don’t guess.
